soultion이 있으면 있다고, 없으면 아직 해결되지 않았다고 하면 됨

 

Problem VS Issue

Problem이 좀 더 작은 문제, Issue가 좀 더 큰 문제

problem = big or small

issue = big

 

한 예로,

Mathematical, 수학 문제는 issue로 말 안 함.
